Indigo was retained by Liberty Bank to provide civil engineering design and local and state permitting services to construct a new 2,000 square foot bank branch with drive-up teller and ATM lanes and a 19-car parking lot. The site is located on the corner of a major state highway (U.S. Route 6 ~ Farmington Avenue) and Collier Avenue. The site also abuts a commercial property to the east and a residential property to the south. The pre-existing site contained an aged gas station/convenience store and a separate large unsightly block building that was formerly used as a pet store and garage. The traffic circulation and channelization of the former site was very poor and unorganized. The new site efficiently guides traffic through the site. The stunning architecture of the new bank building and landscaping features incorporated into the plan dramatically enhance the aesthetics of the site and the general area.
