Indigo provided civil engineering design and local and state permitting services to develop a two building medical campus site off of Saybrook Road. The main building is a 32,000 square foot medical office building with a two level 140-car parking lot. The second building is a 12,200 square foot surgery center building with a 64-car parking lot. The site abuts other medical uses and residential properties. The architecture of the both buildings is handsomely done with brick facades. The main building includes a clock tower and front and rear porticos and is a LEED Silver building incorporating solar panels, bike racks, compact car spaces, local building materials, etc. The surgery center building incorporates decorative columns and stone accents along with a front portico. Both buildings have emergency backup generators.
